Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan never expires and needs no credit card. It includes POS, CRM, inventory, an online booking page and email notifications for 1 employee and up to 100 clients.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) include a 14-day free trial. You can start right away without entering a credit card, and cancel before the trial ends at no cost.
How much does Arqueva cost?
Arqueva starts free forever. Paid plans are Starter at $19/month, Pro at $39/month and Agency at $79/month. Annual billing includes a 2-month discount.
Does Arqueva take a commission on bookings or sales?
No. Arqueva never takes a commission on your bookings or your sales, on the free plan or the paid ones. Your clients book directly with you and you keep 100% of your income.
Do I need to install anything or rent a server?
No. Arqueva runs in the browser. You sign up at arqueva.com and your booking page is ready in minutes: we take care of updates, backups and uptime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, with no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your client data and history at any time, even after cancelling. Nothing is lost or locked away.
Are WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber included in the price?
Yes. There is no extra charge for notification channels. Telegram and WhatsApp are included from the Starter plan and Viber from the Pro plan. Each business connects its own credentials: Arqueva does not charge for messaging.
Can the Agency plan run several businesses or locations?
Yes. The Agency plan is built for agencies, franchises and businesses with several locations. It includes multi-brand management, white-label, API access and priority support.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Paddle, our payment processor.
